Shipping Policy
We offer standard courier services for all local deliveries.
Upon placing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 working days (Mondays to Fridays; Weekends & Public Holidays excluded).

All local orders are delivered via logistic providers in Singapore. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification from us informing you of the delivery details.

Additional charges will apply for re-deliveries for failed deliveries,

Please provide your contact number when signing up for an account on our website to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery so that the courier can reach you in any circumstances, for the delivery of your order.

Standard Courier Standard courier service is free of charge for orders with a minimum purchase of SGD50 within Singapore.

Delivery time is 1-4 working days upon despatch of parcels to the logistic provider. Expect potential delays of up to 7 working days for peak periods such as festive and sale promotional periods.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds and/or exchanges due to reasons such as but not limited to change of mind, or unsuitability.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
It will have to be done within 3 calendar days, including the day you received your item. Please notify us via the Contact us button at the header to get in touch with us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
